Weekly Match is a weekly series highlighting a song, album, artist etc that doesn’t necessarily fit in with the usual posting on the MatchMusik. This lets me sift through my music collection each week & pull something out that may be a little older, or that slipped through the cracks, and bring it back for all of you to enjoy.
Listening to this album is like stepping into a world of serenity, an enchanting, ethereal place from which you won’t want to return. A year ago Rhian Sheehan released Stories From Elsewhere, a collection of 12 songs whose delicate, and yet cinematic, ambient production paints for you a panoramic view of Rhian‘s musical landscape. On the topic of amazing, if you ever find yourself in a position where you can see Rhian Sheehan live, I’d say lock it in (check out the video below for why).
